The challenges included managing roles of non-approvers in the system, process-wise multi-level approval workflow, managing HRMS rules and payroll, and the allotment and tracking of employee assets from maintenance modules. As an Odoo Gold Partner, Brainvire provided solutions to these challenges making the most of Odoo ERP. They implemented multi-level sequential approval flows, a full HRMS flow to cover the recruitment cycle, employee management, multiple leave types and leave management, appraisals, and payroll, and an inventory module to manage the purchase cycle, stock levels, and allotment of products. As a result, ArctX LLC got the proper controls to maintain integrity and records for increased transparency across processes and departments.
