I want to give my customers the ability to create helpdesk tickets for specific issues in respective teams via email.

To allow your Helpdesk Team to receive ticket via email, we can follow these steps:

1. Enable the Email Alias feature from the Helpdesk's Team Settings and then enter the prefix of the email alias.

2. You can also configure who can send you email from the "Accept Emails From" field:
