where is the "translated terms" in Odoo 16? Where can I find all the translations?

Hello Olli,
I don't think it exists anymore.
You can export the translated terms and edit them outside of Odoo.
For example, with using a PO format.
- PO(T) format: you should edit it with a PO editor such as POEdit, or your preferred text editor

In version 16
Every po file that I change and import into the system, my changes are not saved at all, and when I re export, none of my changes are there.
Please help me
