I cant send mail after i change company name is thai language length over 18 charactor in odoo 14 version.

There's no error in the log, the app just freezes after sending the email. it only happens in the production environment (Server).
After i click send an invitation email button in user page (a mail should be sent) but it just freeze without showing any error. The log will show like this and it

Are you getting any errors on sending the email ? If yes, please share those details.
