My Event is showing Registration Closed even though the Start and End date are in the future and sales of tickets are still allowed. Help!

Is there a way to ask the developers this question on this module? It seems like an easy question, but I have not seen any feedback yet.
I am trying to create a physical event and allow people to buy tickets to the event.
I create the Event:

But when I go to Register, it says registration is closed.

Is there a date that I am not seeing related to how an event is open and closed?

I appreciate your time.
I was getting the event registration closed message because I had clicked Finish Event. Once I brought the event back to Draft, and then Confirmed, the event registration started working. Looks like Finish Event should only be clicked once you want to close the registration.

Event registration is now working with my date and time for the event on 3/20/2019 and the sales ending on 3/19/2019.

As per Example , start date is :- 03/20/2019 and End date :-03/20/2019. So your Sales End date should be in between or same as Start date or End date. Then it will work.
