How to send a push notification when I change products price (ODOO 9)

I'm new to Odoo and i'm trying to create a module that sends a push notification to  financial officer
when I change products price.

Hi,
In the on change function of the product price you can notify the managers.
For to notify the managers you can use this community modules :
Web notify :  https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/web_notify/ [1]
Pop up notification :  https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/popup_notifications/ [2]
