FMB is a large-scale community kitchen serving thousands of meals daily to households across multiple zones.
Project Summary:
To efficiently manage daily food production, delivery, and accounting, the kitchen needed a smart coordination system. We addressed this by implementing Odoo ERP, creating an automated ecosystem that seamlessly connects sales orders, manufacturing, procurement, and accounting modules.
Established in 2010, Green Valley is an Egyptian agricultural company specializing in the growing, packing, and exporting of high-quality fresh produce. With geographically oriented cultivations, we ensure the longest and most consistent seasons for our diverse product range. Our main packhouse boasts a capacity of 150 tons per day, supplemented by several rented facilities during peak seasons. Green Valley is committed to quality, holding certifications including Global Gap, BRC, and TNC. We operate from various offices to support our operations.
Project Summary:
PS Solutions collaborated with Green Valley in streamlining their purchase, manufacturing, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. To address this requirements, PS Solutions implemented Odoo ERP and customized the Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Expense modules. Additionally, they tailored the security levels of each department to ensure appropriate access and data protection.
