I have made a physical inventory and I entered each individual results in the form called "inventory adjustment"

After validation of the inventory, all my inventory adjustments are recorded as follows: source == WH/stock and  Destination== WH/stock !!!!!!!!!!!!!
wHATEVER THE ADJUSTMENT WAS - AN INCREASE  OR A DECREASE TO THE STOCK - >>THIS INFORMATION IS LOST FOR EVER
THERE IS NO WAY (no button, no menu) TO CANCEL THE OPERATION. Which did not changed anything to the inventory because source==destination

 I can't remenber where this kind of movements SOURCE AND DESTINATION  for internal adjustments are setup.

Any direction to change this crazy situation?
