Our system is not working, I get a "Bad Gateway" message when opening it; Knowing that yesterday was working properly and no one pushes any update.

when I open psql or odoo-bin shell I get  (psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "192.168.1.1" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?)

that's very weird as our company operation is down!! is there any emergency contact to reach, I opened a task and called the emergency number of Asia and till now I have had no feedback

You can login to Odoo.sh and check the log error in the production. 

You can find the emergency lines, open this link Submit a Support Ticket | Odoo and in the right side you will see all emergency lines:

Thank you dear for your reply, I tried all the abovementioned with no success; It worked after a few hours, and it was most probably because the psql was down,
