When creating a new employee in another company, I get the following error:

Due to security restrictions, you are not allowed to create 'Employee' (hr.employee) records.

Records: Name Lname (id=128)
User: Administrator (id=2)

This restriction is due to the following rules:
- Employee Rule

Note: this might be a multi-company issue.
Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.

Hi,

Yes, Admin has Allowed Companies enabled.... under:

Setting / Users -> Administrator -> Access Right / Allowed Companies (All Companies are added).

Hi 

This is due to the Employee Multi-Company Rule. Admin can create employees within the default company.Please check that admin have allowed on other company

You need to be allowed and the company for which you are creating the employee must be active, otherwise the error will appear:
