I'd like to customize the mail layout in odoo. I have updated the mail templates already, but the general layout (header, content, footer) is not changed.
Where can I customize the header and footer of my emails?

No, i bought an app for v16.. but still waiting for the upgrade from 15.2e

Hi,
You can customize the templates by going to Technical(after enabling debug mode)>Email Templates.
Select the particular template which you want to edit, click on Edit and you can change the template including the header and footer contents.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. I have already tried this, but odoo uses 'mail_notification_paynow' template for sales order layouting (header, content, footer). That means the content is variable since I can change it by editing Technical->Email->Templates, but it gives always a signature, which I cannot change through the UI.
