best way. Create new Database. install all modules as the other database. Begin configuration exactly old Database.
Export Products/contacts/suppliers ...... from old database and re import to the new database.
Is a hart work to du.

Are you also planning on deleting all of the orders? Stock moves if you have real-time stock valuation turned on? This is a complex process. Many, many business documents (objects, rows in tables) have to be removed - and it all depends on what modules you have installed.
