In Odoo 16, I've set up an Automated Action that will create a new Contact every time a new application is in the first stage of the Recruitment app. The thing is this will not transport the email used by the applicant to the newly created contact. In the Data to Write, what should the value of the Python Expression be or how else can I get the email used by the triggering record in the creation of the new record?
