how can we restrict access to databases if we have several databases for as many accounts?
That is to say for one account the user will only have access to his database.

If you are trying to restrict the /web/database/manager . In the conf. file give list_db = False.
Once you are given like this and on accessing the database manager(accessing via typing in url) , a warning message will be displayed on the page.
