I want to rename the Sales on top menu bar, how can I do this?
and I changed some terms in the translation file of CRM, but when I refresh Sales page didn't change, do I have to do something else?

Hi,
You can change your label instead of Sales of the top menu using following:
<menuitem name="Sales" id="base.menu_base_partner" groups="base.group_sale_salesman,base.group_sale_manager"/>
