I have a PDF with some user documentation, I want to add it as a link for users to download it. How can i add this link on the interface for a specific module menu?

I added a new menu item type ir.actions.url pointing to an external url where i hosted the file.
I added it via settings > Customization > User Interface > Menu Item

just install module document then a menu attachments will be displayed in all form.
for example in form user
and you can a attachement documents.

Thanks for your answer, but i need a document shared across all interfaces in a module, not a document per object, maybe add it in the navigation menu, but i don't know how to add a menu item pointing to a document instead of an openerp action.
