Khokh W Meshmesh for Refreshments, Light Snacks, and Ice Cream Co. WLL is a prominent Kuwaiti company specializing in dairy products, juices, and desserts. With an extensive presence across Kuwait, the company operates numerous branches in various locations, including Salmiya, Al Jahra, Al Fahaheel, and The Avenues Mall in Rai . Their widespread network underscores their commitment to delivering quality refreshments and snacks to a broad customer base.Kuwait Protocol Company partnered with Khokh We Meshmesh to implement a comprehensive Odoo ERP system, version 17 Enterprise edition, tailored to their operational needs. Our engagement included a thorough system study, meticulous installation, and a structured implementation process, culminating in extensive training sessions and formal project sign-off.
The implementation encompassed several key modules to streamline Khokh We Meshmesh’s operations. In the purchasing domain, we facilitated vendor and supplier management, purchase requisitions, and the handling of both local and foreign currency transactions. Inventory management was enhanced through warehouse and location management, product management, stock valuation, barcode scanning, and delivery tracking.
For sales and customer relations, we integrated sales order management, CRM, call center management, pricing strategies, loyalty programs, and kitchen display systems to improve order tracking and delivery. The accounting module included general ledger, invoicing, payment and expense management, financial reporting, budgeting, and integration with the TAP payment gateway.
In manufacturing, we implemented recipe management and cost analysis to optimize production processes. Additionally, we integrated delivery and dispatch platforms to ensure efficient order fulfillment. This strategic implementation has streamlined Khokh We Meshmesh’s operations, enhanced efficiency, and supported their mission to deliver quality refreshments and snacks to their customers across Kuwait.
