Van Gils Coating Group bestaat uit een 8-tal vestigingen in poederlakkerij waarbij staal, aluminium, inox en andere metalen behandeld worden. De doelstelling van de implementatie van Odoo, is centralisatie en uniformiteit te creëren over de vestigingen heen.De vestigingen werkten voorheen autonoom vanuit hun eigen systemen en manier van werken wat het overzicht, organisatie en sturing van de group belemmert. Van Gils Coating Group is samen met Callista een uitgebreide business analyse opgestart, aansluitend werden personalisaties gemaakt aan het basissysteem om vervolgens gefaseerd op te leveren in iedere individuele vestiging.
