De V.Z.W. schuttersvereniging St. Michiel heeft voor Odoo gekozen om hun ledenbeheer en lidgelden efficiënter te beheren.Hun leden kunnen zich op evenementen of kampioenschappen inschrijven, op de hoogte blijven via nieuwsbrieven hun profiel updaten en dat allemaal zonder export en import rompslomp. De volledige flow zit veilig in Odoo.

VZW Sportwerk Vlaanderen
Sportwerk Vlaanderen (vzw), voormalig bekend als Vlabus faciliteert het inzetten van sport gerelateerde diensten.Gebruik makend van het Odoo platform werd de software op maat van de processen binnen en buiten Sportwerk uitgewerkt.
De Odoo applicatie wordt gebruikt door 45 interne users en gericht op 3.000 externe users (klanten en lesgevers) via het online portaal.
Specifieke eigenschappen aan het project zijn: integratie Acerta, dynamische zoekengine HR, geavanceerde planning.

Using the Odoo platform, the software was tailored to the processes within and outside Sportwerk.

VZW VLAAMSE SCHIETSPORTKOEPEL
De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel vzw groepeert ongeveer 110 sportclubs, die samen ongeveer 15.000 doelschutters en bijna 2.000 kleischutters tellen. De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel is een door de Vlaamse overheid erkende unisportfederatie voor de sporttak sportschieten. VSK is eveneens door de Vlaamse regering gemachtigd om de sportschutterslicentie te beheren.Met de implementatie van Odoo vereenvoudigt VSK het ledenbeheer, waarbij nieuwe leden via het portaal hun status kunnen bekijken. Het uitreiken van een sportschutterslicentie vereist strenge controles die door middel van projectbeheer binnen Odoo worden opgevolgd. Extraterritorial

Clubit has developed custom processes and functionalities to ensure all unique workflows and production tasks can be monitored and managed within Odoo.
