icapps
icapps is een digital agency dat bestaat uit een team van een 120-tal software specialisten die software op maat ontwikkelen.Hun specialisatie is gericht op mobile development, web app development en UX/UI design dat aansluit bij de specifieke bedrijfsnoden van haar klanten.
Vanuit een ambitie om als organisatie verder te groeien naar een team van 250 mensen, heeft icapps beslist om haar softwarelandschap aan diverse cloud applicaties te centraliseren in een uniform ERP pakket.
Met Odoo zullen de afdelingen gebruik maken van verschillende apps gaande van CRM, HR, Project, Planning, Timesheets, Facturatie, eSign, Marketing, Boekhouding tot geavanceerde Reporting.
De implementatie verloopt gefaseerd waarbij icapps haar eerste ingebruikname heeft in functie van haar operationele werking ter rapportering op team- en projectniveau. Dit als sturende motor van de organisatie.
Aansluitend zullen de andere apps systematisch toegevoegd worden, vertrekkende vanuit een zoveel mogelijk standaard opzet.
Samen met Callista heeft icapps de juiste partner gevonden om haar te ondersteunen bij deze implementatie.
Callista's doorgedreven kennis van de verschillende Odoo apps maakt dat icapps haar processen nauwgezet kan aansluiten aan deze werkwijze, haar eindgebruikers de juiste opleiding genieten en de modules correct geconfigureerd staan.
