Importante

En los estados miembros de la UE es legalmente obligatorio contar con una certificación para utilizar una báscula como dispositivo integrado.

To connect a scale to the IoT system, use a USB cable. In some cases, you may need a serial-to-USB adapter to complete the connection. If the scale is compatible with an IoT system, no additional setup is required; the scale is automatically detected as soon as it is connected. If the scale is not detected, reboot the IoT box or restart the Windows virtual IoT service.

Nota

If the scale still does not function, it might not be compatible with the Odoo IoT system. In such cases, a different scale must be used.

Básculas Ariva S

Para que las básculas de la serie Ariva S (fabricadas por Mettler-Toledo, LLC.) funcionen con sistemas IoT, debe modificarse una configuración específica y se requiere un cable dedicado Mettler de USB a RJ45 propietario.

Importante

Debe utilizarse el cable oficial Mettler USB a RJ45 (número de pieza de Mettler 72256236). Contacta con Mettler o un socio para comprar un cable auténtico. Ningún otro cable funciona para esta configuración.

To configure the Ariva S scale for IoT system recognition, refer to the Mettler’s Setup Guide for Ariva S series scales and follow these steps:

  1. Hold the >T< button until CONF appears.

  2. Presiona >T< hasta que aparezca GRP 3, luego presiona >0< para confirmar.

  3. At step 3.1, make sure the value is set to 1 (USB Virtual COM ports). Press >T< to cycle through the options.

  4. Press >0< until 3.6 and make sure the value is set to 3 (8217 Mettler-Toledo (WO)).

  5. Presiona >0< (varias veces si es necesario) hasta que aparezca GRP 4.

  6. Presiona >T< hasta que aparezca EXIT.

    Importante

    No haga ningún otro cambio a menos que sea necesario.

  7. Presiona >0<.

  8. Presiona >0< nuevamente para GUARDAR; la báscula se reinicia.

  9. Reboot the IoT box or restart the Windows virtual IoT service. The scale should then appear as Toledo 8217.
