In Odoo V18, the 'To Approve' status is for overtime/extra hours approval, not general attendance status.
To enable it:

In Odoo V18, the 'To Approve' status is for overtime/extra hours approval, not general attendance status.
To enable it:
1. Go to Attendances → Settings
2. Find "Extra Hours Validation"
3. Change from "Automatically Approved" to "Approved by Manager"
Once enabled, new attendance records will show the "To Approve" status, and managers can approve/refuse extra hours from the Attendances → Management menu.
