I have Bootswatch theme active (it is selected by default). When I go to a menu and choose "Customize theme" I get a popup to choose predefined color schemes. And they do not work.

I choose the Cyborg theme and as you can see colors didn't change accordingly.

The same happens when I install custom themes from the app store.
Beside that they are broken from the beginning and do not display correctly even when choosing the theme:

They simply does not work and they are breaking whole website. Text becomes invisible etc.

I'm using Odoo 13. I don't know if it is common problem in this version or am I missing something?
