Hi David,
This is a known issue when trying to connect BNP Paribas in Odoo 18 via the bank synchronization service. A couple of points you should check:
- Recommendation:
If you’re on Odoo Online (SaaS), open a ticket with Odoo Support — they can confirm whether BNP Paribas is available for your country. If you’re self-hosting, you may need to configure Salt Edge manually.

Could you please tell us more about rhe problem? Is the case that your bank is not on the bank list, or you have some error log when all creds has been provided?
