Hi,
There is no such option by default, either you can create a new db from scratch or using third party apps in the odoo apps store, you can remove the existing transaction data from the current db.
For cleaning transaction data from the current db: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/om_data_remove/
Before trying anything keep a backup of the current db or test in test environment first.
