tried to google it, but couldn't come up with the answer: Can anyone tell me which service is behind the OCR that comes with Odoo13 and seems to use a KI/ML based system?
Or more specifically: We are based in Germany. Is it conform with DSGVO or GDPdU. For example. Would data leave the country?
