Hi Community, I want to discuss a scenario to implement using odoo as ERP , I want to keep the Odoo 17 with default features (means no development and no customizations). Scenario is :

"Case 1: Article ABC

Step 01: Procured Greigh Fabric 1000 meters @ Rs. 10/meter

GRN: 1000 meter received 

Step 02: Sent this 1000 meter fabric to XYZ Dying house. Purchase Order of 1000 meter dying @ Rs. 5/meter. Shrinkage tolerance of 10% and B Grade Tolerance of 5%. B Grade receipt shall be paid to the vendor at 50% of dying cost i.e., Rs. 2.5/meter. Any further shortage we will penalize the vendor for 100% cost of fabric.

Actual GRN: 850 meters received A Grade. B Grade received 30 meters, 100 meters acceptable shrinkage. 20 meters received short or waste which need to be charged 100% of fabric cost.

Step 03: A Grade Fabric is sent to vendor CDE for stitching into finished product. Purchase Order is 850 meter Fabric converted into 425 FG articles ABC at consumption of 2 meters per aticle. 10% tolerance for B Grade receipt i.e. 42 articles.

Actual GRN: 380 Pieces received A Grade, 42 pieces received in B Grade. Rest is shortage / waste to be charged at 100% value of fabric cost, 100% dying cost."
