I have 5 child locations that they get their stock replenished from a parent location in case it is needed. 

All productions happen in these 5 child locations and manufacturing should only occur when there is availability of components, or it is replenished from parent location. 

When I try to create a manufacturing order, it shows that we have available, but there is availability only in parent location, and when I proceed, it shows in child location that I have minus quantity. 

How to fix this issue? thanks.
