Anyone experiences or found a way to connect Odoo 9 Enterprise ( own server ) with mailchimp ? I am not happy with the bulkmail feature in Odoo and so trying to find a solution for this. I sent about 4 to 5 K mails at once and do not dare to do that with Odoo because of possibly being blacklisted.

Hi Frank,
One way to do what you'd like to achieve is to sync contacts between Mailchimp and Odoo with PieSync. Contacts will be in a 2-way, real time sync, meaning that any new contacts and/or updates to existing contacts will be synced immediately.
