Yes, checked with num lock enabled/disabled, still, it is not working. 

Happy that its working for payment. (not yet checked) but I wonder why the Numeric Pad is not working while selecting quantity or giving discount etc on products page of POS. Any work around.

In  the pos right now , you cannot change the price , quantity and discount using normal key board.  But in the payment section you can enter the amount from the keyboard.

Just enable the Num Lock in keyboard and try to enter the digits from the keyboard. Then go to the payment screen select the payment method like cash or bank after that enter digits from keyboard.
