Hello,
I uninstalled eCommerce app just to try the process and now, when I try to install it back, it says that I can try it for 15 days and then have to pay. I thought that the two selected apps when registering were supposed to be free for life. Do I have to delete my account and re-register? If so, will my site name be available or is it taken forever?

If you believe it is something wrong at odoo end and if you don't have any other applications installed, you can raise a ticket at: https://www.odoo.com/help
Ensure you don't have any other apps installed.
