In record rule for Users accessing only the respected child companies.

Suppose I am logged in company like Ind and my child companies are Aus, Eng, Jer, South,and someone is logged in company like Aus and his child companies are like Ind,Jer . so now my question is both have related child companies when they change the company prefference also he can visible in the Add  Others in Followers. I can search the name in the Followers it is showing all the child users so that need rule for respected Users.

I think you can understand my problem.
