Did you logged into the system ? The Website editor option will only be shown if the user is logged into the system. If you are not able to login as you miss the Sign Up/Login button, change the URL to Ip_adress:port_no/web/login , this will redirect you to login page, Here enter your login credentials and login the database, now if you go to website you will see all the options. If not please let me know.
