I found a solution, just run the following code as script with odoo shell:
for menu_id in env['ir.ui.menu'].search([('web_icon', '!=', False)]):
menu_id.web_icon_data = menu_id._compute_web_icon_data(menu_id.web_icon)
exit()
Just update "base" module
