I need to embed a video file stored on my computer; the file has a .flv extension.
So far Odoo 11 is requesting the url of the video or its code;
How to do this with a local file?

Hi Thomas,
There are (atleast) two few options:
- Upload the video to an online tool such as Youtube and then use the link from Youtube in the URL field.
- Upload the video into your Odoo as an attachment, check the option to make the file public, and then link to the URL of your attachment in the URL field.

I did upload the video as an attchment to the blog post; but then I have no idea as to how to make the file "public" (I am using a Odoo Saas db); and the video embeding form does not accept the link copied from the attached file (https://mydb.odoo.com/web/content/61324?download=true
The first option mentionned by Yenthe works perfectly; I only had to find the way to upload my video onto youtube (easy by the way); and here is the result:https://adlibitom.odoo.com/blog/nouvelles-5/post/schubert-10420#scrollTop=0
