I have a field in my odoo v13 application that has a datetime datatype. I can only import values where time is 00:00. I also tried ...

- CSV but there is a similar error.
Does anybody know help or is there an update/patch available?

Have you tried to enable debug mode to be able to choose the datetime format ?
I think yes, it should be active (I see a little bug-symbol in the menu-bar) but I cannot choose a format anywhere!?
I tried different formats of date - without success. Where can I choose the format? (I see such possibilities when importing CSV only)
