Hi Everyone,

I'm getting this error each time when I try to create new user group. When I create new group, group will be successfully saved. After that, when I switch the menu and come back to user groups and try to open any group, the error will arise. Can anyone advise please?

Hi,

Just make sure that you are using the latest source code of the corresponding odoo version and custom modules are not causing the issues.

May be pulling the latest source code of odoo may resolve the issue.

Thanks for your reply. This is happening on Odoo.sh instance, so there should not be updated source code problem, right?

if it is odoo.sh instance, it is expected to have latest source code, so may be any custom codes causing the issue ? see if you can reproduce the same in odoo runbot: https://runbot.odoo.com/
