SOLVED UPDATE: I just needed to create new record rules. When I duplicated the group, I forgot it was related to the same rules the original group was.
Hello! I am trying to configure a new group that I created with the "Duplicate" option, but anytime I try to change the record rules, the original one also changes. Do you know how to keep the original settings while changing the duplicated ones?
What do you mean by change the record rules? you can delete the record rules from the new duplicated group and it will not deleted from original group but if you trying to modify the record rules themself then it will be changed for the original as well. what do you need is to create a new record rules for this new duplicated group.
