Default user not belonging to Employee

Question

Hi,
I would like all default users to belong to a specify company (using multi company) and also i would like that default user do not have access to "Employee".
Even if i edit manually a user to remove access to Employee, it is granted back. Any idea how to proceed ?

Hi,
If the user has to access the backend he should be an employee in the system.
If you don't want the user to access the backend you can keep him as the Portal user.

Hello Mathieu,
Employee gets linked to a user through the *related user* field in Employee form view. Since you don't want to work through this relation you can check if there is any existing relation (i.e any of the employee has the related user field pouplated). Try removing that and see if it works.
