You may use this module. Really good integration http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-india/openerp-india/web_keyboard_shortcuts-pga/files
Works in V7 but i suppose it will released in V8
I couldn't install this module as web_gui is not available...
Can you provide me the link for web_gui addon to use

I don't know that we can edit the key combinations set by Odoo personnel.
Other developers let people edit the key combinations for commanding their software.
Let's agree on how we include this feature in Odoo!
