From the error message itself the issue is clear, you are trying to create new warehouse by giving an existing code/short code. There is a restriction in odoo, that the short name for the warehouse must be unique, so when you try to enter a duplicate code, system will throw the above warning.

So change the Short Name to an unique code and try
