after reinstalling odoo, i can't install postgreSQL in odoo, i have been uniinstalling postgreSQL also delete all file containing postgreSQL and deleting all in registry edit too, but i still can't install PostgreSQL in odoo, thank you

You need to connect the pstgreSQL with odoo

is there have windows version for initialization?
You dont install postgreSQL in Odoo, you need to run it and link them with docker-compose. If it previouly worked and now it does not you need to check if the docker-compose is correct and then check if you have a valid database in localhost/web/database/manager
