Can one user can validate invoices of two companies? If so what are the pre-requisites?

Hi,
User should have "read, write" access rights of those 2 companies invoices. i.e. User who belongs to Parent Company can validate the Invoice of Parent Company as well invoice if Child company.
Hope this may help you.
where should I set these things in Setting. Please give me the path.
