I have a community edition installed on my personal computer (windows 10) I want to back up the entire installation to be able to restore it on the Ubuntu server
I already backed up the database but I need the installation files as well where I did many changes

The installation of Odoo is different in Windows (EXE Install) and Ubuntu and it's not best practice to do your change directly to Odoo addons, You have to create your custom module for the changes. if you did you change directly to the Odoo addons you will not be able to upgrade your Odoo or apply any bug fixes as it will override your changes.
Maybe OP could Backup and make a clean install and then compare differences so he can now create his custom module apart from the base odoo...
