Hello everyone!

We would like to save ourselves some time by automatizing some  processes.  Currently,  whenever  we  receive  a  request  via  email  by  a  customer,  we  need  to  create  a  quotation  and  after  the  customer  accepts  our  offer ,  we  create  the  invoice.  Is  there  anyway  to  automate  the  process?  For  example  can  we  withdraw  all  of  the necessary  information  mentioned  in  his  request  and  import  them  to  Odoo?

A quotation, like any other object in Odoo (and any arbitrarily other business software) is structured information. How do you want to automatically convert an unstructured text like an email body to structured information?
The option of choice for automation is to create an Odoo webshop, so your customers can order online without sending emails.

I saw online that via the assistance of AI, there is something like this, at least with the vendors.So, I was hoping that somehow, it can also be done with the clients, the system reading the order number, email etc and automatically import these in Odoo.
The webshop I definitely agree is a solution, but there are many customers who just send orders regardless on whether we have the item or not. And there it would be helpful what I am mentioning before.

On the vendor side, this only works for PDF bill documents and expense receipts (as images). It does not work for emails.
