I am using v11. Is it possible to attach an attachment inside of Odoo to an email sent through "send message" in the thread?

It is possible to add attachment in send message thread.

Thank you for your response. I did see the attachment link you highlighted above, and that does work if the pdf is on my computer, or network. I am wondering if I have a pdf as an attachment in Odoo, either under a file added through studio or at the top of the screen under attachments. Is there a way short of downloading it to my computer and than attaching it to have those documents attached to a "send message"?
