Hello,


We are in v14 Odoo Enterprise Online and are facing something we struggle to manage. We purchase a service with annual commitment for which we are billed monthly. Ideally, the perfect tools would be the same module as subscriptions but on the purchase side.


Our main need is to be able to check at anytime the total amount that has been already billed and the one left to be billed for the next months. 

Does anyone have a good idea on how to create an "open" PO on which we could attached multiple invoices we receive to keep tracking the remaining amount due. That would be like multiple advance payments linked to a single PO.

The Odoo Subscription app handles that (it's the one we use to manage our Odoo Online subscriptions):

Recurring billing works with Ingenico and Stripe, for the payment gateway.
It's part of Odoo Enterprise, not Odoo Community.

Hi, thank you for your comment but this does not answer to my question. We do use Odoo Subscription to manage the subscriptions of our clients but we would like to do the same with our suppliers to manage the subscriptions we buy (not those we sell).
