The company also struggles with a dual-invoicing process and a poorly configured helpdesk, which leads to a poor customer experience and operational frustration.
Our solutions
Telsmart's on-premise hosting was migrated to Odoo.sh, creating a more stable platform. The manual workflows between HubSpot, Trello, and Odoo were automated to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
