Is it possible to delay sending signed documents to external users?
Use case/example:
I have a standard agreement that I fill out with information as the CEO, and the other party (the customer) also has their parts to complete. Is it possible for me to sign the agreement and fill out my parts first, and then send it to the other party?
I think you are looking for sequence type of approval
That is first approver - completed then only will go to next approver
If so , it is custom solution
