Fatullah Group

Fatullah Group is a leading business entity in Bangladesh in the apparels industry. It is a family-run company in the knit and woven textile sector ranging from manufacturing to retail to export. The group's factory is based in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Odoo implementation will cover trading part of the business. The organization wanted a robust business management solution to cover its dynamic day-to-day operations of the business and tracking of customer payments which can be very unpredictable and spread across time.

The current Odoo implementation will be primarily used for Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Accounting Module and Customer Management. The primary challenge of this implementation was to map the traditional business process into the Odoo including the way payments are collected and tracked. A custom Dashboard is designed totally based on the business need with data visualization.
